1) Download the file below
2) Fill in the form with your data (one form per parent, not one per child!)
3) Pay the yearly membership fee (1,00 € per form) and fix the coin to the form with adhesive tape.
4) Deliver the filled in form to the teachers or at the reception desk in the school premises (Via Frantini 7, ground floor).
You will receive your membership card in a very short time.
Look up the page “CONVENZIONI NEGOZI E SERVIZI" from the drop-down menu (top of the page on the right)
Please note that the annual membership card expires on 31st December of the related schoolyear (example: schoolyear 2016/2017 – expiry date 31st December 2017).
